F.A.S.T. BLAST & PUNCH FIT

A 40 minute "smash out" session during your lunch break. High intensity classes with either functional strength or boxing focus. Walk or cycle in to warm up.

X-Fit (Xtreme Fit)

An advanced class for those who have a good strength base and want to be challenged with tough exercises and routines. It's the 'Older Brother' of our FAST Circuit! Running Tuesday evenings @6pm and Thursday evenings @5pm starting Tues 6th September. Not for the faint of heart!

A.B.L./KICK FIT

ABS BUTT LEGS - Our Kick Fit group fitness classes are very similar to Punch Fit with the addition of elements from Kickboxing and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) and specific exercises to help tone your mid section. You’ll be using you legs A LOT in this one. Once again this class is focussed on fitness and is not for fighters.

PUNCH FIT

Our Punch Fit group fitness classes start with a warm up to prepare the body for an intense workout using a mixture of boxing and body weight exercises and finish with full body stretching. This class is a great and fun way to improve your cardiovascular fitness. This class is solely focussed on using elements from boxing for fitness and is not for fighters.

F.A.S.T. CIRCUIT

 Functional and Strength Training - Resistance training circuit using a variety of equipment and body weight exercises to increase your strength, fitness and agility. TRX, kettle bells, battle ropes, barbells, medicine balls and plyo boxes are some of your tools in this one.

PERSONAL COACHING

You can request specific training in relation to you personal goals. Whether you want to hone your boxing or weights technique or you are training for a trek like the Kokoda trail or the next obstacle course we can guide you. Bookings essential, email or phone enquiries.

WOMEN’S SELF DEFENCE 

In this 12 week course you will learn habits, behaviours, strategies and basic, easy to learn movements. The first priority is to be aware of your surroundings and to avoid any adverse situations when possible and secondly to feel confident in these basic movements to get out of  a bad situation if necessary.
